Bielefeld, January 10, 2024 – The Mehrwerk Group<\/strong>, which specializes in value-added solutions for banks, insurance companies and energy suppliers, is continuing its growth trajectory by acquiring Tenerity Nordics<\/strong>.\nWith this step, the Bielefeld-based company confirms its successful operating performance and makes its first acquisition abroad.\nThe takeover comprises Tenerity AS in Norway<\/strong> (Oslo), Tenerity AB in Sweden<\/strong> (Stockholm) and Tenerity ApS in Denmark<\/strong> (Copenhagen).\nThe three national companies serve around 4 million end customers with more than 50 active partners, including major Scandinavian insurers and banks.\nJust last year, the owner-managed Mehrwerk Group announced the acquisition of Tenerity Germany<\/a> and took over<\/a> the value-added platform Etvas<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n “With the integration of Tenerity Nordics, we are strengthening our position in Beyond Banking and offering our customers an even broader range of value-added solutions.
