Call Center:

There are two incontrovertible truths about inbound calls: 1. they cost the company money and 2. after a well-resolved issue, the chance of successful up- and cross-selling is higher than in any other phase of the customer relationship. Use inbound calls to generate telephone consent for a callback or put interested customers through directly to our team for a great offer. We then present the customer with a non-binding value-added package of your choice, e.g. our household cover, the breakdown service for the home. In our existing campaigns, up to 80 % of those contacted give their consent for a callback.

Mailing:

You send many payment cards to your customers every month, whether they are exchanges or new cards. Use this great communication channel to offer a value-added package. We provide you with content in the form of texts, stickers or inserts. Customers are asked to call or scan a QR code for an exclusive offer or to further secure the card.

In these conversations, around 40% then decide to test the offer free of charge for 3 months.
For every customer who renews a value-added package for a fee, the savings bank receives a permanent commission that more than compensates for your call or mailing costs. We are talking about up to EUR 6.40 net per call or mailing. At the same time, the customer satisfaction of the customers addressed increases measurably (measured by the NPS).
There are no investment costs and no additional burden on in-house capacities. And, it is not a one-off – e.g. a campaign for a different value-added package every year. This secures you additional income in the long term.
